"Just a brief note to express our thanks for the service provided by your company. You provided the Courtesy Kitchen as instructed by the insurance company in January. We went through a bitter winter, and we valued your instant response when we experienced freezing water pipes! This issue was resolved within days with an innovative solution, hot water continued to flow! We also went through summer storms and the unit remained fully stable.
The facilities within the kitchen unit were very extensive and substantially exceeded our expectations. We catered for as many as 12 people, which did need some planning. Having only recently moved in, we had a lot of prearranged visits and I welcomed the facilities provided to make a very difficult time manageable.
The removal of the unit was done on the day we set off to the airport for holiday, the drive was cleared and left as it was found, no damage to the drive. Very impressed!We thank you for your service and empathy at a difficult time.
