Can I claim through my insurance?

Yes! We are insurance approved so you can hire your Courtesy unit as part of your claim.
I'm not sure how long the works are going to take place, what if they over run?"

This is no problem, we do not require a fixed term agreement from you so if the works take a little longer than expected, just let us know before the end of your hire term.
How quickly can you deliver?

Dependent on availability and location we can be with you within as little as 24-48 hours. If you have an emergency please call and we will do our best to accomodate you.
How much space do I need to accomodate a Courtesy Kitchen?

You will need a driveway or accessible space from the road that can comfortably house a family MPV with it's doors open. The boxes are approximately 2.5m wide and 5m long. If you have any doubts or concerns over access, please call and we can perform a site survey.
Do I need an external power source?

No, we have the equipment to be able to utilise your existing power in your home.
How do you get water to the Courtesy Kitchen?

We use a food grade hose which normally we will connect to your outside tap. If you do not have an outside water source we can still accommodate you. Please call us to discuss.
Is the Courtesy Kitchen warm?

Yes. All our pods are fully insulated and fitted with programmable heaters so that you can add extra heat if you need it in the cooler months.
What are the dimensions of the Pop Up Kitchens?

The main unit is 1564 x 2060 x 600mm and the optional secondary unit is 264 x 2060 x 600mm. Allow for up to 1m in additional space to accommodate dishwasher/washing.
How do you get water to the Courtesy Popup Kitchen?

We use a food grade hose which normally we will connect to your outside tap. If you do not have an outside water source we can still accommodate you. Please call us to discuss.
How much space do I need to accomodate a Courtesy Bathroom - Compact?

You will need a driveway or accessible space from the road. The compact pod is 1.8 x 2.4m in size. If you have any doubts or concerns over access, please call and we can perform a site survey.
